GENERAL CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE ALTIPORT:
THE USE OF THE ALTIPORT IS SUBJECT TO THE DECREE OF JUNE 21, 2019
SETTING THE CONDITIONS RELATING TO ACCESS AUTHORIZATIONS TO THE
 ALTIPORTS.
AUTHORIZATION TO ACCESS THE UA POU ALTIPORT IS NECESSARY FOR ANY
 PILOT WHO DOES NOT HOLD A VALID MOUNTAIN 'WHEEL' QUALIFICATION.
THE AUTHORIZATION TO ACCESS THE UA POU ALTIPORT IS ISSUED TO THE
 PILOT WHO FULFILLS THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
A/ HOLD AN ICAO AIRPLANE PILOT LICENSE OR AN LAPL (A) OR AN
 AIRPLANE PILOT BASIC LICENSE AND CERTIFICATE,
B/ UNLESS THE PILOT HAS THE MOUTAIN QUALIFICATION 'WHEELS', HAVE
 FOLLOWED THEORETICAL AND PRACTICAL TRAINING PROVIDED AND
 SANCTIONED:

E) - EITHER BY AN MI MOUNTAIN FLIGHT QUALIFICATION INSTRUCTOR,
- EITHER BY AN FI (A), TRI (A) OR CRI INSTRUCTOR, HAVING A
 MINIMUM EXPERIENCE OF 1000 FLIGHT HOURS AS AN AIRCRAFT PILOT AND
HAVING MADE 100 LANDINGS/TAKEOFFS AT THE UA POU ALTIPORT.
THIS TRAINING IS BASED ON THE SPECIFICS OF THE ALTIPORT, IN
 PARTICULAR ITS AEROLOGY AND COVERS ALL THE PROCEDURES FOR USING
 THE ALTIPORT, THE ASSOCIATED INSTRUCTIONS AND LIMITATIONS.
THE ENTRY 'AUTHORIZATION TO ACCESS THE UA POU ALTIPORT' IS
 AFFIXED BY THE INSTRUCTOR WHO CERTIFIED THE TRAINING IN THE
 PILOT'S FLIGHT LOG BOOK OR IS ISSUED IN THE FORM OF A
 CERTIFICATE.
C/ THE HOLDER OF THE ACCESS AUTHORIZATION MAY ONLY MAKE A LANDING
ON THE ALTIPORT AS A PILOT-IN-COMMAND IF HE HAS MADE AT LEAST ONE
LANDING AS A PILOT-IN-COMMAND IN THE LAST SIX MONTHS.
D/ IN THE EVENT THAT THE HOLDER OF THE ACCESS AUTHORIZATION DOES
NOT MEET THE CONDITIONS FOR RECENT EXPERIENCE, HE OR SHE
 PERFORMS EITHER A TRAINING FLIGHT WITH AN FI (A), CRI OR TRI (A)
INSTRUCTOR, HOLDING A MINIMUM EXPERIENCE OF 1000 FLIGHT HOURS AS
 AN AIRPLANE PILOT AND HAVING MADE 100 LANDINGS/TAKEOFFS ON THE
 ALTIPORT, THAT IS, THE TRAINING SET OUT IN PARAGRAPH B/.

E) 1. OPERATION IN A MULTI-PILOT ENVIRONMENT (MULTI PILOTE OPERATION
(MPO) AND MULTI PILOTE AIRCRAFT (MPA))
1.1 CAPTAIN
IF THE AERODROME IS OPERATED IN A MULTI-PILOT ENVIRONMENT, THE
 CAPTAIN MUST MEET ALL THE ABOVE REQUIREMENTS.
1.2 CO-PILOT
IF THE CO-PILOT ACTS AS A PILOT IN SERVICE (PF) , HE MUST MEET
 ALL OF THE ABOVE REQUIREMENTS.
IF THE CO-PILOT ACTS AS A PILOT MONITORING (PM), UNLESS HE HOLDS
 THE MOUNTAIN QUALIFICATION 'WHEELS', HE MUST HAVE COMPLETED A
 COMPLETE AND SATISFACTORY THEORETICAL TRAINING PROVIDED BY AN
 INSTRUCTOR FI (A), TRI (A) OR CRI, HAVING A MINIMUM EXPERIENCE
 OF 1000 HOURS OF FLIGHT AS AN AIRPLANE PILOT AND HAVING MADE 100
LANDINGS/TAKEOFFS AT THE UA POU ALTIPORT. THIS TRAINING IS BASED
 ON THE SPECIFICS OF THE AERODROME, IN PARTICULAR ON ITS AEROLOGY
AND MUST COVER ALL THE PROCEDURES FOR USING THE AERODROME, THE
 ASSOCIATED INSTRUCTIONS AND LIMITATIONS.)
