    HOLD AFTER COMING OVER THE ASSOCIATED WAYPOINT AT THE 
    HOLD RELEASE TIME? IF GIVEN OR ON COMPLETION OF ONE HOLD 
    AND MAINTAINING/DESCENDING TO THE LAST ASSIGNED LEVEL 
    AND PROCEED TO BBB VOR. FIVE MINUTES AFTER LEAVING THE 
    HOLD THE AIRCRAFT SHOULD DESCEND TO FL100 AND COMMENCE 
    THE PUBLISHED INSTRUMENT APPROACH PROCEDURE FROM BBB VOR 
    FOR THE RUNWAY IN USE.
  2.FOR NON-RNAV ARRIVAL TRAFFIC IN THE HOLD - THE AIRCRAFT 
    TO PROCEED TO BBB VOR MAINTAINING/DESCENDING TO LAST 
    ASSIGNED LEVEL. DESCEND IN THE PUBLISHED HOLD OF BBB VOR 
    TO FL 090 AND COMMENCE THE PUBLISHED INSTRUMENT APPROACH
