CONTROL FREQUENCY FOR UPDATES OF INFORMATION AND REVISIONS 
OF PUSHBACK TIME. IN SITUATION WHEN A DEPARTING AIRCRAFT
IS OCCUPYING A GATE THAT HAS BEEN ASSIGNED TO AN ARRIVING
