WILL BE TAKEN INTO ACCOUNT. WHEN AN EXPECTED PUSHBACK TIME IS
ISSUED, PILOTS ARE REQUESTED TO MONITOR ON A RELEVANT GROUND 
CONTROL FREQUENCY FOR UPDATES OF INFORMATION AND REVISIONS 
OF PUSHBACK TIME. IN SITUATION WHEN A DEPARTING AIRCRAFT
IS OCCUPYING A GATE THAT HAS BEEN ASSIGNED TO AN ARRIVING
AIRCRAFT, THE DEPARTING AIRCRAFT WILL BE INSTRUCTED BY GROUND 
CONTROL TO PUSH BACK ONTO THE TAXILANE OR TAXIWAY WITH NO 
ENGINE START-UP TO ALLOW THE ARRIVING AIRCRAFT TO TAXI IN, AND
EXPECTED TAXI TIME WILL BE PROVIDED.
