MISSIONS.  EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.
A. ALL FLIGHT OPERATIONS, INCLUDING U.S. MILITARY AND CIVILIAN
AIRCRAFT, CONDUCTING RECOVERY, RECONSTITUION AND HUMANITARIAN
MISSIONS LANDING AT TIST AND/OR REQUIRING SERVICES FROM THIS
CONTINGENCY RAMP MUST CONTACT THE IRMA FLIGHT OPERATIONS
COORDINATION CENTER (IFOCC) AT 001-850-282-0236 TO OBTAIN A GROUND
RESERVATION PRIOR TO DEPARTING. THERE ARE NO FUEL SERVICES
AVAILABLE. ENGINE RUNNING ON LOADS ARE PREFERRED.
B. THIS REQUIREMENT DOES NOT APPLY TO NON-PARTICIPATING AIR TRAFFIC
LANDING AT TIST.
C. ALL FLIGHTS INTENDING TO USE THE TIST CONTINGENCY RAMP MUST BE ON
AN ACTIVE IFR FLIGHT PLAN.
D. ASSIGNED SLOT TIMES ARE VALID FOR +/- 20 MINUTES OF THE SCHEDULED
ARRIVAL TIME.
E. FLIGHT OPERATIONS NEEDING TO MAKE CHANGES, INCLUDING
